You'll drive rapid incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and create post-incident documentation for both internal teams and customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and oversee incident response as primary bridge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
• Drive rapid incident resolution and stakeholder communication
• Lead post-mortems and create RCA documents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing critical incidents in SaaS environments
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
