💼 About This Role

You'll own product strategy and execution for a core area of clinical documentation workflows, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across 250+ health systems. You'll build AI-powered experiences that reduce administrative burden for clinicians, working across ML, engineering, design, and clinical teams. This role offers direct impact on clinicians' daily lives at massive scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a Core Product area
• Conduct hands-on user research with clinicians in exam rooms
• Ship high-quality clinical workflows with engineering, design, and ML
• Integrate Abridge workflows into EHR environments like Epic

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping end-to-end products
• Proven builder mentality driving products from discovery to launch
• Strong user empathy and product taste built through direct user exposure
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Built ML/AI-powered products and understand model tradeoffs
• Worked with Epic or other EHR platforms
• Technical background (engineering, CS) comfortable with system design
