You'll join Rubrik's sales team as an SDR, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for French-speaking markets in Canada. You'll research accounts, craft personalized outreach, and earn meetings with decision-makers, while receiving structured coaching toward a full-cycle sales role.

  • Research target accounts and identify high-potential contacts

  • Track pipeline and activity data in Salesforce

  • 0โ€“2 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to work from Austin office 4 days/week
