💼 About This Role

You'll deliver primary, urgent, and preventive care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living settings. Your core impact will be managing complex medical conditions independently while building trusted patient relationships. This role offers clinical autonomy within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide primary, urgent, and preventive medical care to residents.
• Conduct initial admissions and follow-up assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with facility Medical Directors and interdisciplinary teams.

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s).
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Clinical training and experience in adult, family, and/or geriatric medicine.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, or post-acute care.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Prior experience in SNF, LTC, ICU, or Emergency Department settings.
