Description

You will design and develop real-time Visual Odometry pipelines for autonomous trucks, integrating camera, IMU, and GPS data to achieve precise vehicle localization. Collaborate with mapping, perception, and control teams to enhance system reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Robotics, EE, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Odometry and localization for autonomous vehicles
  • Strong C++ engineering skills with real-time systems expertise
  • Hands-on experience deploying VO systems in real-world AV environments
  • Knowledge of SLAM, VIO, and sensor fusion techniques

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop real-time Visual Odometry pipelines using monocular, stereo, or RGB-D cameras
  • Implement camera-based localization algorithms including VIO, feature tracking, and motion estimation
  • Integrate VO with IMU, GPS, and other sensors for enhanced pose estimation
  • Collaborate with mapping, perception, and control teams for AV software stack integration
  • Develop and optimize production-quality C++ code for real-time performance on embedded platforms
