💼 About This Role

You'll own employee-facing technology end-to-end at Sunrise Robotics, a company building intelligent robotic automation for manufacturing. Your work ensures onboarding, provisioning, and daily IT operations never become blockers, with strong focus on ISO 27001 endpoint compliance and scalable systems. This role offers real ownership and high exposure to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own employee equipment provisioning end-to-end from procurement to day-one readiness.
• Build, maintain, and monitor a centralized endpoint management solution across Mac, Windows, and Linux.
• Deploy and operate EDR solution for malware and spyware protection.
• Manage identity and access, including account provisioning and SSO integrations.
• Resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues quickly with self-service resources.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a centralized endpoint solution like Intune/Autopilot, Kandji, or Jamf.
• Practical experience with EDR tooling deployment and monitoring.
• Solid working knowledge of identity and access management including SSO and account lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or comparable frameworks at endpoint and access-control layer.
