📋 Requirements

• 12+ years healthcare industry experience, 7+ in Managed Care.
• 8+ years leading Shared Services functions.
• 8+ years strategic leadership driving cross-functional transformations.
• 7+ years executive vendor management with multi-shore BPO partners.
• 5+ years as manager of managers overseeing matrixed teams.
