💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead Cobot's global strategic partnerships strategy across robotics, AI, and GTM channels. You'll architect and scale an ecosystem that accelerates product velocity and deployment, driving faster adoption. This high-impact role reports to leadership and operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and lead global alliances strategy across robotics, autonomy, and GTM.
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic alliances.
  • Partner with product and engineering to align partnerships with roadmap.
  • Enable co-selling motions and track partner-sourced revenue.
  • Hire and lead a high-caliber partnerships team.

📋 Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in alliances or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience building formal partner programs from scratch.
  • Track record of partnerships that accelerated product development or revenue.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.
