🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of core product initiatives from design to execution.
• Set technical direction for AI-powered systems including retrieval and planning agents.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of fullstack or backend software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineers with ownership over delivery and team health.
• Proven ability to design and operate backend platforms supporting multiple product lines.
• Strong experience with React or backend systems like Python, Node, or Go.
