🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee crew recruitment, training, and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with maritime labor regulations and policies
• Manage HR budgets and workforce planning for shipboard staff
• Collaborate with ship captains and shoreside leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including crew management
• Maritime or cruise line HR experience required
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Ability to travel and work onboard ships as needed
