Description
You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, helping them optimize their technology strategy and accelerate time to value. You'll lead executive business reviews, proactively mitigate technical risks, and collaborate with internal teams to shape product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services or similar role
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for enterprise accounts
- Bilingual English and Turkish
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new processes
- Experience with database, cloud, or infrastructure technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor and primary point of contact for customers
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks with custom remediation plans
- Build and execute account plans to drive growth and reduce churn
- Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite
- Collect customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
