Description

You will lead the aesthetic vision for Starbase, managing projects from concept to execution alongside engineers, architects, and project managers to build the gateway to Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience creating design documents (plans, elevations, specifications, schedules)
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Revu Bluebeam, or AutoCAD
• Proficiency in rendering software (Photoshop, Lumion, D5, Enscape, or similar)
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and perform spatial planning
• Prepare design development documents, presentations, renders, and material palettes
• Produce drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications
• Manage procurement and oversee installation of design elements
• Perform project control tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
