💼 About This Role

You'll build and run ON.energy's enterprise AI adoption program from scratch, turning ambiguity into momentum. You'll partner with AI Engineers to ensure we build the right things and drive adoption across Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Commercial. This high-ownership role reports to the CTO and is ideal for someone who thrives on creating clarity through execution and proving value through rapid delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across departments
• Run enablement programs including training, office hours, and community channels
• Curate a library of use cases, prompts, and how-to guides
• Define and report adoption metrics and business impact to executive team

📋 Requirements

• Five plus years driving cross-functional programs with a horizontal initiative
• Proven experience in enablement, change management, or training
• Strong technical literacy to understand AI and earn engineer respect
• Working knowledge of modern AI productivity tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic systems
• Prior experience as first AI program hire at a company
