Description

You will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and young adults with autism in homes, communities, or at our center. You'll implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to help clients achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification
• CPR/FA certification
• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred
• Ability to implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients following treatment/behavior support plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately and timely
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan
• Review data and progress reports with supervisors to strategize program improvements
