Description

You will lead municipal wastewater infrastructure engineering projects throughout New England, managing project teams, budgets, and client communication while mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field with 9+ years wastewater design experience (or Master's with 8+ years)
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain by reciprocity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, subconsultants, and contractors
• Strong understanding of state/federal regulatory framework and experience interacting with regulators
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation with assigned team, ensuring compliance with company policies and keeping clients informed
• Initiate projects by developing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for Principal approval
• Supervise and direct technical staff, assist in training and technical development
• Consult with staff and PMs on technical challenges; provide independent technical reviews
• Track project costs versus budget, ensure timely client invoicing
