💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale global compensation, job architecture, benefits, and engagement programs for an electric mobility company. Your work will shape our employee value proposition and ensure our people are supported and rewarded as we grow. This is a key role in a passionate, innovative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead global compensation strategy, including salary structures and benchmarking.
  • Own and evolve global job architecture—job families, levels, and career paths.
  • Develop compensation models and regional pay differentials for managers.
  • Support global benefits strategy, vendor management, and well-being programs.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in compensation or total rewards in a global, scaling environment.
  • Deep experience with job architecture and designing leveling frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Experience running global compensation cycles and advising leaders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with global benefits programs and well-being strategy.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation planning tools.
  • CCP, CBP, or related certifications.
