🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 2nd/3rd line engineering support for Azure-hosted software
• Provision, deploy, patch, and upgrade enterprise software on Azure
• Define and implement maintenance and health monitoring procedures
• Participate in 24/7 out-of-hours call out rota

📋 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Windows server and client technology
• Experience with web applications and configuration management
• Eligibility to obtain SC clearance (5+ years UK residency)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure portal and services
• Experience with scripting languages
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana
