Description

As a Sales Assistant at BaubleBar, you'll support sales growth across accounts by assisting with product setup, launches, and day-to-day account management. You'll help manage assortment line sheets, analyze sales reports, and coordinate product information for retail partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or related field
• 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel preferred
• Understanding of retail metrics (sell-through, open-to-buy, days of supply, margin)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain assortment line sheets for new product launches and core items
• Run and analyze weekly sales reports; develop selling recaps for cross-functional team and executive leadership
• Provide product copy to online retail partners and ensure accuracy of product information pre- and post-launch
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing, site merchandising, and assortment strategies
• Manage sample requests for partners and market appointments
