🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise compounding personnel and verify all compounding activities
• Perform quality assurance checks and document procedures
• Train and evaluate compounding staff
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintain safety protocols

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• 5+ years pharmacist experience, 3+ in compounding
• Non-sterile compounding experience
