Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in sales or account management, ideally SaaS or fintech
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customer-first mindset
  • Comfort owning full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Growth mindset with willingness to learn and iterate
