Requirements
- 4+ years experience in sales or account management, ideally SaaS or fintech
- Strong relationship-building skills with customer-first mindset
- Comfort owning full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Clear communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn and iterate
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to unlock product potential
- Own full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Play foundational role in scaling a new business motion
