You'll lead a team of Escalation Managers at Waymo, managing 24/7 incident response for autonomous driving operations. You'll design protocols and ensure seamless collaboration during high-severity events, making critical decisions to stabilize safety incidents. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 24/7 Escalation Managers
• Design shift schedules, handover protocols, and fatigue-management strategies
• Define event/incident protocols and manage external vendor performance
• Serve as ultimate escalation point for high-severity events
• Develop SOPs and emergency playbooks for autonomous system failures

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Incident Management, Emergency Response, or NOC/SOC operations
• 3+ years managing people leaders in a 24/7 operational environment
• Proven track record managing external vendors and enforcing SLAs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
