Description

You will lead complex payment processor implementations and platform changes, ensuring operational readiness and smooth handoffs. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on payment flows, partner with engineering on changes, and support cross-functional teams with data analysis and incident response.

Requirements

• 8+ years in bank and/or payment operations with broad understanding of operations
• Strong reconciliation background and understanding of ACH, card networks, and regulatory environment
• Extensive experience with Google Office, analytics platforms (Looker, Snowflake), SQL, core banking systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starting attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead complex processor implementations, migrations, and platform changes ensuring operational readiness
• Serve as subject matter expert on payment flows, transaction lifecycles, and data models
• Partner with Engineering to review changes and validate operational assumptions
• Support Accounting, Audit, Risk, and Finance with data analysis for investigations and reporting
• Define expected processor behavior and contribute to design of monitors and alerts
