💼 About This Role
You'll drive revenue growth for the leading vector database company, expanding into the EMEA market. You'll build and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex sales cycles. As an early sales hire in the UK, you'll have significant autonomy and impact on the company's success.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect for new customers via email, social media, cold-calling, and events.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs to generate pipeline.
- Field inbound leads to qualify and create opportunities.
- Use solution selling to address customer business problems with Zilliz's value proposition.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of total sales experience in SaaS/PaaS or Big Data companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling $250K+ ACV deals to cloud/digital native companies.
- Prior customer relationships with CIOs and executive decision-makers.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Open Source Milvus Vector Database.
- Prior experience at an early-stage company.
- Bachelor's Degree.
