💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role also involves opening and closing the store and helping meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
