🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze alerts on potential blocking events
• Manage suspicious/blocked transactions and interact with clients
• Verify and validate authenticity of financial operations
• Collaborate with IT providers and stakeholders for service continuity

📋 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Economics
• No prior work experience in software development required
• Proficiency in written and spoken Italian
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
• Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
