Description

You will lead Raptor engine supply chain optimization, managing critical commodities through strategic negotiations and technical expertise. This high-visibility role involves driving cost reduction, ensuring supplier capacity, and presenting to senior leadership to enable ambitious production goals.

Requirements

• Comprehensive supply chain experience with core manufacturing vendors
• Deep understanding of machining, forging, and metallic raw materials
• Experience in strategic negotiations and cost reduction
• Ability to develop should-cost models and perform cost analysis
• Proven leadership, creativity, and persistence for excellence

Responsibilities

• Manage supply base for critical Raptor commodities including machined components and mechanical assemblies
• Monitor costs and proactively mitigate increases using commercial relationships and technical knowledge
• Ensure ample manufacturing capacity and quality yield to support aggressive production ramp-up
• Conduct Make vs. Buy analysis and develop optimal sourcing plans
• Administer contracts and negotiate pricing, terms, and compliance
