🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalability solutions including throughput optimization
• Lead protocol initiatives for proposer-builder separation and MEV mitigation
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models within EVM environments
• Drive low-latency transaction experiences through pre-confirmation mechanisms

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance production-grade systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience
