You'll design and deploy autonomous AI agents and multimodal ML pipelines for a platform powering digital talent management. Your work will drive the core intelligence behind semantic search, recommendation systems, and time-series forecasting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents with reasoning loops and memory layers.
• Build observability and evaluation systems for model performance monitoring.
• Lead development of multimodal ML pipelines for semantic search and recommendation.
• Engineer high-throughput time-series analytics and forecasting models.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and vector search applications (e.g., Pinecone).
• Strong background in time-series modeling and large-scale data analysis (e.g., Clickhouse).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with asynchronous API design and containerization (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to translate data insights into production-ready ML solutions.
