💼 About This Role
You'll own end-to-end technical searches for a fast-growing AI startup in the home services industry. Your hires will shape the company's DNA at a critical scaling phase. This role offers direct founder access and meaningful early-stage equity.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical searches from kickoff through signed offer
- Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools
- Maintain ATS hygiene in Ashby with accurate stage and note logging
- Contribute to talent strategy as the recruiting function scales
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience at a Series A-C startup or high-bar agency
- Proven track record of closing 2-3 engineering hires per month
- Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, and community channels
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and pipeline data cleanliness
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in zero-to-one environments
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS
