💼 About This Role

You'll lead Backcountry's retail organization, holding full accountability for store performance, culture, talent, and P&L across all locations. You'll serve as the primary liaison between stores and corporate functions, driving alignment and executing at the highest level. This role offers the chance to leverage AI tools to enhance operational planning and decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set the vision and standards for retail operations across all locations.
• Own retail P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Define KPIs and drive consistent achievement of sales and customer experience goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent with a focus on succession planning.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership with ownership of budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability across a multi-unit portfolio.
• Ability to lead, develop, and hold remote teams accountable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms) and POS systems.
