You'll lead the controls team responsible for delivering control and data acquisition systems for our fusion power plant. Your core impact will be managing cross-team collaboration on the Orion machine buildout, ensuring timely delivery and team growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead controls engineers in delivering control and data acquisition systems
• Develop and maintain cross-team collaborations for Orion machine buildout
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and personnel blockers
• Foster individual contributor career growth through effective leadership

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing controls engineers in a scaling environment
• Experience developing control systems for large-scale complex systems
• Technical proficiency with LabVIEW and NI hardware (PXI, cRIO, RT, FPGA)
• Experience incorporating PLCs into LabVIEW and NI based control systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience incorporating text-based code (e.g. C, Matlab) into LabVIEW/NI systems
• Familiarity with fusion or plasma technology
• Experience with production manufacturing end-of-line testing
