💼 About This Role

You'll join a fully distributed finance team of 6, reporting to the Financial Controller at Xapo Bank, a pioneering crypto-banking institution. You'll own month-end reporting and intercompany reconciliations across global entities, ensuring accuracy of financial data in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare lead schedules and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Post journals including accruals and financial asset adjustments
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate expenses and payables
• Reconcile intercompany transactions across global entities
• Collate data for regulatory returns to GFSC and UK regulators

📋 Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA certification
• 3-5 years in corporate accounting or audit
• Direct experience preparing regulatory returns (Liquidity or Capital Adequacy)
• Proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel
