You will drive day-to-day delivery and medium-term strategic direction for forecasting products at 84.51°, translating business needs into prioritized work and owning the product roadmap. You'll collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure high-quality delivery, influence stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with data-intensive or technical products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (writing user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization).
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering/Data Science teams.
  • Experience with product management software (Github, Jira, Shibumi a plus).
  • Familiarity with forecasting, data science, or analytics products strongly preferred.
  • Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap (0-12 months), aligning priorities with user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop clear measures of success focused on user value and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Actively lead sprint planning, define user stories, and prioritize for forecasting products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Own product backlog management, including writing user stories and managing initiatives.
  • Serve as cross-functional connector, identifying critical touchpoints.
  • Communicate product goals and progress to align leaders and stakeholders.
  • Continuously inform product strategy by identifying opportunities or risks.
  • Suggest improvements to team practices using feedback, data, and market insights.
  • Coach and mentor junior product managers.
  • Contribute functional expertise and act as resource for best practices.
