Description

You will provide high-quality care and safety to elders, presenting them with choices and decision-making opportunities, engaging in meaningful activities, assisting with daily routines like getting up and going to bed, planning and cooking meals, and performing laundry and light housekeeping.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification in Ohio
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
• Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
• Assisting elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
