🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Lead keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding to maintain clean accounts.
• Manage monthly budgets and reallocate spend based on performance.
• Build dashboards and pacing models to track KPIs and guide budget decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with paid search expertise.
• Proven track record managing seven-figure monthly spend while improving ROAS.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign structures.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
