🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily community engagement across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Monitor community sentiment and deliver actionable insights to product and marketing teams
• Spearhead community-first events like live AMAs and surprise-and-delight moments
• Represent the Robinhood voice ensuring compliance with content standards and regulations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media or community management
• Native understanding of platform nuances on X, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset translating social metrics into actionable strategy

• Active participation in finance communities and crypto communities
• Familiarity with enterprise social listening tools like Sprout Social or Sprinklr
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools for content ideation or data analysis
