You'll lead data protection strategy for a fintech company serving small businesses. This role stands out for leveraging AI and automation to transform data protection into a business driver.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic privacy guidance to senior leadership.
• Work with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to find compliant pathways.
• Lead implementation of AI and automation tools for data protection activities.
• Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR, DUAA, and US regulations.
• Conduct and oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage data breaches.

📋 Requirements

• Deep regulatory expertise in UK data protection regulations (GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR, DUAA).
• FinTech or tech background with proven experience in financial services or technology companies.
• Technical fluency with data protection tools and privacy management platforms.
• AI innovation experience or strong willingness to adopt cutting-edge AI technologies.
