Description

As a Solutions Engineer Manager, you'll lead a team of SEs in the AMER Enterprise region, driving technical sales and customer success. You'll recruit, mentor, and manage talent while partnering with sales leaders to execute growth strategies. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic impact in cloud security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of solutions engineering leadership experience
• 5+ years as a successful individual contributor SE
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executive audiences
• Proven ethics and integrity
• Resiliency and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and on-board Solutions Engineers
• Train and mentor SE team, define training curriculum
• Support field SE team in complex evaluations and troubleshooting
• Maintain key customer relationships and reference accounts
• Conduct ongoing 1:1's for feedback and skills development
