You will support AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing high-quality datasets, building monitoring dashboards, analyzing model performance, and contributing to data preprocessing and documentation. This hands-on role lets you shape the future of defense AI at a fast-paced startup.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in technical or research-driven role
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets
• Experience working with large datasets, particularly visual or time-series data
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

Responsibilities

• Own data preparation pipeline and curate high-quality datasets for AI model training and validation
• Build and maintain dashboards to track dataset composition and training coverage
• Monitor and analyze model performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage lightweight tooling or scripts for data preprocessing, cleaning, and validation
• Support internal documentation and versioning of datasets, experiments, and training workflows
