You will lead high-impact growth initiatives, partner cross-functionally, and drive execution from strategy to delivery to unlock efficiency and create scalable systems that directly contribute to equity value and earnings growth.

Requirements

• Quantitative or analytical background (finance, data science, engineering, economics or related)
• 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, analytics, or high-growth startup
• Fluent in Excel/Sheets, comfortable with SQL, able to prototype in Python
• Thrives at intersection of data, operations, and product with bias for execution
• Cross-functional collaborator who can influence product roadmaps and communicate with executives

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for high-impact growth initiatives with data-backed business cases
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance and Go-To-Market teams
• Shape and manage critical program roadmaps, ensuring cross-team coordination
• Partner with Strategic Finance to model P&Ls and size ROI
• Act as voice of stakeholders, translating operational needs into product or process requirements
