💼 About This Role

You'll join Gopuff's operations team as an Operations Associate, reporting to a Site Leader. You'll pick, pack, and receive product to ensure customers get their everyday essentials. This role offers on-the-ground experience in a fast-paced retail and kitchen environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets, resolve inventory discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
• Prepare beverages and food items following recipes

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and lift up to 49 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (Google G-Suite)
