As a Brand Representative, you will represent CASETiFY in-store, helping customers find the right products and delivering exceptional service. You'll assist with inventory, process transactions, and work with your team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs and recommending products
• Provide product demonstrations and explanations
• Process customer transactions using POS system
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
