Description

You will own Starlink consumer hardware from concept through high-volume production, designing both the products and the factories that manufacture them to deliver reliable internet to users worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• Experience with CAD and FEA software packages
• 1+ years professional experience in mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing
• Proficient in 3D CAD (NX preferred) and GD&T
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own consumer hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and public launch
• Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
• Test and iterate on products for high field reliability and performance
• Design and develop production lines including robot end effectors and automation programming
• Establish efficient product lifecycle balancing cost, complexity, and quality
