You'll own consultant influence and pipeline for the Southwest territory, building deep relationships with top consulting and brokerage firms. Your work will drive net-new opportunities and accelerate revenue by enabling consultants to confidently position Sword as a leader in AI-native healthcare. This role stands out for shaping a rapidly expanding market at a VC-backed frontier AI lab.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a territory plan for consistent consultant engagement
  • Develop senior relationships at priority consulting firms and regional offices
  • Identify and cultivate key stakeholders across firms for multi-threaded relationships
  • Deliver consultant-ready messaging through demos, lunch & learns, and campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and CS to align consultant strategies with account priorities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting firms (e.g., WTW, Aon, Mercer)
  • Proven ability to build influential relationships that translate into pipeline creation and referrals
  • Strong business development skills including prospecting and multi-threading
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for contact and opportunity management

  • Experience in healthcare or benefits technology
  • Familiarity with AI-powered care solutions
  • Existing relationships in the Southwest region
