Description

You will lead technical coordination with interior suppliers and integrate cockpit and cabin interiors for the world's most efficient business aircraft. This role involves owning interior design (ATA 25), creating 3D CAD models in CATIA 3DX, supporting certification, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 7+ years industry experience with business aircraft interiors (Part 23/25)
• Experience with metallic and composite fabrication methods
• Proficient in ASME Y14.100 and Y14.5 GD&T
• Experience with model and drawing checking

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination with interior suppliers for cabin, seating, and equipment
• Develop and maintain interface control models and drawings
• Perform tolerance stack-up analyses and trade studies for fit, form, function, weight, cost
• Create 3D CAD digital definitions using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
• Support certification compliance (FTA, PSSA, SFHA) and mentor junior engineers
