πΌ About This Role
You'll lead field medical content strategies across neuroscience therapeutic areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape scientific narratives. Your work directly empowers customer-facing medical teams during product launches and lifecycle management. This fully remote role offers broad visibility across medical strategy, digital engagement, and training functions.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop field medical content strategies for Neuroimmunology and Neurodegeneration areas.
- Collaborate with medical, HEOR, clinical, and training teams to define content priorities.
- Design training programs for MSLs, including onboarding and scientific storytelling.
- Ensure all resources comply with regulatory standards and evolving medical strategies.
π Requirements
- Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pharma/healthcare, ideally in medical affairs or field medical.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (FDA, OIG, HIPAA).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.

- Experience developing scientific content for customer-facing medical teams.
- Knowledge of neuroscience, disease management, or field medical operations.
- Previous field medical or MSL experience.
