You'll lead field medical content strategies across neuroscience therapeutic areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape scientific narratives. This fully remote role offers broad visibility across medical strategy, digital engagement, and training functions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop field medical content strategies for Neuroimmunology and Neurodegeneration areas.
  • Collaborate with medical, HEOR, clinical, and training teams to define content priorities.
  • Design training programs for MSLs, including onboarding and scientific storytelling.
  • Ensure all resources comply with regulatory standards and evolving medical strategies.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in pharma/healthcare, ideally in medical affairs or field medical.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (FDA, OIG, HIPAA).
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.
