Description

You will work with the Ministry of Health and local health offices to scale up hypertension control using the WHO HEARTS package, supporting strategic planning, capacity building, and policy implementation at the primary health care level.

Requirements

• Experience in public health program implementation
• Knowledge of hypertension control and WHO HEARTS package
• Experience working with government and local partners
• Strong planning and budgeting skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Support development of implementation plans for hypertension control program
• Facilitate identification of barriers and solutions for program scaling
• Coordinate with national and sub-national stakeholders
• Develop policy strategies and implement best practices at PHC level
• Provide capacity building and technical assistance
