You'll shape and scale an AI-enhanced customer support function in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll manage customer inquiries while driving process improvements through automation, directly impacting service quality and efficiency for thousands of end users.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve customer inquiries across all communication channels
- Monitor ticket volumes and maintain SLAs
- Design and optimize support workflows in Zendesk or Intercom
- Integrate AI tools to automate recurring tasks
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer care within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
- Proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflows
- Fluent English and German (C1)
