You'll shape and scale an AI-enhanced customer support function in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll manage customer inquiries while driving process improvements through automation, directly impacting service quality and efficiency for thousands of end users.

  • Resolve customer inquiries across all communication channels
  • Monitor ticket volumes and maintain SLAs
  • Design and optimize support workflows in Zendesk or Intercom
  • Integrate AI tools to automate recurring tasks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer care within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflows
  • Fluent English and German (C1)
