You'll drive sustainable sales growth across a multi-state territory as both a technical advisor and commercial partner. You'll build relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end users to expand product adoption in industrial environments. This remote role offers high autonomy and significant travel.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive consistent sales and profit growth across assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end users
- Provide consultative technical and commercial support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using CRM tools
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Strong technical and commercial aptitude in industrial environments
- Ability to understand technical product information (bearings, seals, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships

- Experience in rotating equipment or industrial applications
- Knowledge of bearings, seals, and lubrication
- Sales experience with a 'hunter' mindset
