📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents.
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Proficiency with sales software (CRM) and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
